EPA Region 2 covers the Northeastern states of New York and New Jersey, as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Cascade Sierra Solutions grant programs at the national and regional level are aligned with the ten U.S. EPA Regions. Many of our grant programs for diesel truck upgrades are funded directly or indirectly through the National Clean Diesel Campaign. The EPA works with regional collaborative organizations to educate the public about these grant programs. Their web sites are excellent sources of information for trucking operations.

The Northeast Diesel Collaborative (NEDC) is a regionally coordinated initiative to reduce diesel emissions, improve public health, and promote clean diesel technology. The Collaborative brings together the collective resources and expertise of several state environmental agencies, EPA regional offices, and private sector companies to address the existing fleet of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.
